Camarao do Olavo is an all time favorite restaurant in Nísia Floresta, where it opened 25 years ago. The most traditional dishes, such as Regional Butter Shrimp, Vatapá and Oil and Garlic Shrimp are family recipes. The restaurant also offers fish and lobster, among other delights of regional cuisine such as country chicken and fish in shrimp sauce.
